About this event
Our computer lab is one of the things our children are proudest of. Learning to use a computer opens doors that would otherwise stay closed to children from the communities we serve.
On Digital Literacy Day the lab is open to visitors. Children demonstrate what they have learned β from basic typing and drawing to presentations β and our teachers explain how the curriculum builds towards employable skills.
We also use the day to talk about what the lab needs next, from new machines to faster connectivity.
